I can't grab it right now, but it is a 'vortex' rocket with fins that are mounted at a small angle - to impart spin.

I don't have more info on them. I got this fresh from the Kush Nation Armory facebook alert. They are based somehwere in New York, I think close to some of you.

From what I've seen starting at just under $4.00 a pop.

4 each is way too much for imitation nerfs. they are decent quality but we can all get real nerfs for $3 each at dollar general and tweek the fins ourselves

Here's an idea.... Going back to the rifled PVC piping that I think it was hardboy posted, would it be worth the effort to convert a nerf rocket into a "First Strike" type round with a very simple design such as a piece of round styrofoam with curved grooves in it pasted to the back of the rocket instead of the fin, at the same diameter as the rocket of course. In partnership with the rifled barrel, you've now got yourself a sniper tank in a manner of speaking. Unprecedented accuracy and range using bottom dollar parts. Only thing is, you have to spend the time to convert all of your rockets. On the plus side, at least you'll always know what rockets are yours. Experimentation would be in order to determine weather or not the rockets would hold up with constant use or even a single use for that matter, but I think that I could very possibly be an excellent modification that would give you a huge advantage as a tank on the paintball field, especially with bunker busting.
