How much have the tracks alone cost you so far? Just curious. I am not totally sure, but I figured early on that just by the projected weight of the metal that it could come close to a grand in the end. That is if total track weight is 300 pounds or so and new steel costs $3 a pound. Just a rough guess. This is a lot more than the plywood track guys, but they don't have a row of drive sprocket teeth driving down the middle of their tracks - they have their sprocket teeth grab the outer edges of their plywood track links. The cost of steel is a big consideration in making my build more 'difficult'.

I can tell you that those square stock pieces you see there, being 5/8" x 5/8" hot roll and being acquired in 10-foot lengths, I need about 17 of them in total (I have already gone thru about 12), those are about $14 each if I recall correctly, so that would be $14 * 17 = $238 for those pieces. Cold roll is stronger, about twice as costly, and probably harder for me to thread I would guess.
I have 20 feet of 5/8" round rod maybe total of $20 there that is a minot filler piece in the track.
I made 66 guide teeth out of 10' of 1" x 1" square tube, and I need 432 of them, so about 432/66 or 7 length of that. I forget if it was like $30 each, so $210 for guide teeth.
I need these plates of 1-3/4" by 1/8" thick flat bar, maybe 15 sections of 10' there, so maybe another $15 * 15 = $225 for those plates.
I got UHMW sheet for really cheap for the cleats, but another $30 there.
The conveyor belt was given to me.
The machine screws to hold it all together will cost, depending on what/where I buy, but another just say $100 there.
238 + 20 + 210 + 225 + 30 + 100 = $823.

Your project is still much cheaper than mine but that's only because I'm completely set on doing an all aluminum build. I've got some prices listed I think in my thread Tiger I.

Here is a pic that does not have all the parts to it, and only 2 of the guide teeth have their final wedge shpe, but it is an idea of the final look:

Pressing on, the area in the pink outline is enough cleats for one track. The parts for the other track are underway.

I started the attempt to stitch the track links together. Here is some conveyor belt strip that I cut with a knife: If I get this jig set up right, everything should be straight:
